The Operations manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of the client-facing departments of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Client Services teams (inbound contact centre); Retentions; Claims and New Business capture; and ensuring that departments’ KPIs and service levels are met. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated and able to handle a fast-moving, dynamic organisation, who is constantly looking to improve and grow.
