We are looking for an HR Coordinator: Events, Communication, Wellness, and Health & Safety who will report directly to the HR Manager, providing high-level administrative and project support to HR, also working closely with the Marketing Team for the Events and Communications function.
The role requires a proactive, energetic and bubbly individual who can manage a wide range of administrative and HR Project support-related tasks, working independently with minimal supervision. This position demands a high degree of professionalism, communication skills, attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

The Operations manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of the client-facing departments of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Client Services teams (inbound contact centre); Retentions Claims and New Business capture; and ensuring that departments’ KPIs and service levels are met. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated and able to handle a fast-moving, dynamic organisation, who is constantly looking to improve and grow. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of Operations to ensure operational efficiency is optimised, departments are driven to automation; and areas of cost saving, innovation and revenue generation are unlocked.
The Operations Manager must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have strong numeric, reporting and leadership skills, with a customer-centric and innovative mindset.
