We require an administrator who can assist walk in clients with a variety of queries, whilst properly keeping record of all engagements with clients. The Operations manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of the client-facing departments of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Client Services teams (inbound contact centre); Retentions; Claims and New Business capture; and ensuring that departments’ KPIs and service levels are met.
