How do I apply for cover?
Good choice! You are one step closer to getting yourself, and your loved ones, covered. To take out a ZAZU Life policy:
- Send us a Call me back request,
- Call us on 086 111 ZAZU (9298), or
- Email us on info@zazulife.co.za
When will my cover start?
Your cover will start as soon as we have processed and approved your application and received your first premium.
We will send you a letter confirming the activation of your policy. This will include cover details and everyone that is included in your policy, the policy terms and conditions (which can also be viewed anytime at our Client Zone online customer portal).
You can make use of our various contact methods if you require any information about our insurance products.
How do I check the status of my cover?
You will be notified of the activation of your policy and you will be able to check your policy status by using our online customer portal, or by reaching out to us on 086 111 ZAZU (9298) or at info@zazulife.co.za.
How is the premium calculated for my funeral plan?
The policy premium is based on a number of factors, including the amount of cover needed, the lives insured, the ages of those to be insured, as well as the inception date of the policy.
